Job Description:
The Operating Room Nurse role is now eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus.
Important Details:
Bonuses are paid out in 3 payments:
after 30 days of hire, after 6 months of hire, and after 12-months of hire.
To be eligible, you must be a non-BILH employee or a previous eligible employees who returns to BILH after 1 year.
Previous employees returning within 1-Year are eligible for a retention bonus.
Employee must be in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payment.
All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
This program is subject to change at any point.

Qualifications:
Nursing Diploma or ASN, BSN preferredCurrent Massachusetts registered Nurse license required.
3 years relevant OR experienceCNOR and EHR experience preferred Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification requiredAmerican Heart Association ACLS certification preferredDemonstrate critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skillsLifting 75 lbs.
maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbsFLSA Status:
